Monthly pet rent $50

Pet limit 2 allowed. Breed Restrictions. 1. A $50.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. 2. There is a 2 pet maximum.  3. You must supply the office certification from your veterinarian at move-in confirming that your animal is current on all shots.  This must also be done at the time of renewal, which is the anniversary date of your move-in.  Failure to provide shot certification is cause for immediate lease termination. 4. Resident agrees that the pet(s) will be kept inside apartment at all times except when the pet(s) is on a leash and while accompanied by and under the control of resident. No pets are to be tethered outside the apartment premises. There are no exceptions. 5. The pet may not “spray” the shrubbery or trees. 6. Any business done by the pet while it is walked must be removed from the ground immediately, sealed in an airtight bag, and disposed of properly in a dumpster.  7. Rabbits, snakes, reptiles, arachnids, ferrets or fish tanks (in excess of 40 gallons combined) are NOT PERMITTED. 8. Caged birds, caged hamsters, caged guinea pigs and fish tanks (under 40 gallon combined total volume) are accepted and do not require pet fees are permitted. 9. No doghouses, pet carriers, or cages allowed on patio, balcony or grounds. 10. Per KPG policy, service animals and companion/emotional support animals are addressed in a separate policy. 11. All dog owners must abide by the rules pertaining to walking the animal. 12. All residents must practice responsible ownership of pets. There is no tolerance for aggressive or disturbing pets. Resident agrees that if pet(s) become(s) annoying, bothersome, aggressive, or in any way a nuisance to other residents or to the apartment operation, resident will immediately, upon notice from the management, remove the pet(s) from the premises or vacate the apartments 13. Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions hereof shall constitute an event of default under the Apartment Lease Agreement and Owner shall have the right to exercise all remedies contained in said Apartment Lease Agreement and the laws of the State of Ohio, including but not limited to terminating Resident’s rights of occupancy. 14. Any damage caused by the pet(s) are the responsibility of Lessee. Lessor may charge costs of damage repair to the security deposit with any costs in excess of the security deposit to be billed to Lessee which Lessee agrees to pay. Resident should also make sure that the required personal liability insurance that Resident obtains upon lease execution also covers any damages, claims or liability resulting from Resident’s pet **Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldogs, Rottweiler's, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Cane Corso’s (Mastiff) or any other additional breeds that are restricted by local or state municipalities are NOT PERMITTED.  Any cross breeds or close breeds of the above named breeds are also restricted from the property.

My family and I stayed at The Crossings at Grove City while we were lookin' for a home near Rickenbacker AFB, and we couldn’t have been happier with the place. As a military family, safety is a big deal for us, and we felt secure the entire time we were here. The community is quiet, which was a blessing during a stressful move. The amenities were definitely a highlight. The gym had all the equipment we needed to keep up with our workouts, and the pool was just what we needed to relax as a family. Our daughter spent so much time in that pool, it was like her second home! We also loved the dog park. Our pup had the best time runnin' around and burnin' off energy—it’s a real bonus for pet owners. The place just feels welcoming, like they thought of everything to make it comfortable for folks like us. If you're lookin' for a safe, family-friendly spot with great amenities, I’d definitely recommend The Crossings at Grove City. It made our transition smooth and gave us peace of mind while we searched for a permanent home.

To those considering The Crossings at Grove City, I strongly caution against choosing this apartment complex until these issues are adequately addressed. The persistent parking woes, the management's indifference, and the detrimental health impact on my disabled veteran husband have tainted our living experience beyond measure.
