Welcome to the newest apartments in Grove City, Ohio: The Crossing at Grove City. We are a brand-new apartment community located on Dogwood Tree Way in Grove City, just southwest of Columbus, Ohio. Our property offers 178 brand new apartments ranging from 1- to 3-bedrooms has a full-size washer and dryer included, central air, a patio, and faux wood flooring with carpet. The facility also offers a pool, play area, and dog park open to all residents.
A $ 25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $ 250.00 non-refundable fee per pet is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. There is a 2 pet maximum. You must supply the office certification from your veterinarian at move-in confirming that your animal is current on all shots. This must also be done at the time of renewal, which is the anniversary date of your move-in. Failure to provide shot certification is cause for immediate lease termination. The pet(s) must be on a leash at all times it is outside of your home. There are no exceptions! The pet may not be chained to your porch or any other part of the building. If you have a patio, the pet may not be left chained to any part of it. The pet must be walked at the fence area at the edges of the property. The pet may not “spray” the shrubbery or trees. Any business done by the pet while it is walked must be removed from the ground, sealed in an airtight bag, and disposed of properly in a dumpster. (You must use a sealed bag.) Any evidence that your pet has used the area outside of your home as a restroom will be removed from the ground by our staff and you will be charged $30.00 per scoop. Rabbits, snakes, reptiles, arachnids, ferrets or fish tanks (in excess of 40 gallons combined) are NOT PERMITTED. Caged birds, caged hamsters, caged guinea pigs and fish tanks (under 40 gallon combined total volume) are accepted and do not require pet fees are permitted. Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldogs, Rottweiler's, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Cane Corso’s (Mastiff) or any other additional breeds that are restricted by local or state municipalities are NOT PERMITTED. Any cross breeds or close breeds of the above named breeds are also restricted from the property. Per HKP policy, service animals and companion/emotional support animals are addressed in a separate policy. No kittens or puppies; the pet must be housebroken or litter box trained. All dog owners must abide by the above rules pertaining to walking the animal. No doghouses, pet carriers, or cages allowed on the patio, balcony, or grounds. Visiting pets are not allowed. Assistance animals are allowed to accompany guests, however, the resident responsible for the guest may be held responsible for any disturbance or damage caused by the animal, including cleaning up after the animal. All resident must practice responsible ownership of pets. There is no tolerance for aggressive or disturbing pets. Resident agrees that is pet(s) become(s) annoying, bothersome, aggressive, or in any way a nuisance to other residents or to the apartment operation, resident will immediately, upon notice from the management, move the pet(s) from the premises or vacate the apartments.
