Trying
The place has two major faults: 1) water is shut off at least 2 times a month. Old building so I get it. 2) one of the two elevators is always down. However, they are now restoring the elevators. On the good side the staff is awesome!
Old building
Between water being cut off constantly and/or elevators not working this place has moments it literally drives you crazy. Parking can be an issue if you come in after 10 pm. I have been in building approximately 4 years and everything above has stayed consistent.
