It's alright
I moved to Dayton Towers in 2023. Jaelynn who works in office initially showed me a unit when I was looking and she had been great throughout the whole process of getting in. I have been at Dayton Towers for about 5 months now and since my apartment has flooded twice and I have dealt with a disgusting bug issue for almost 3 months. I never use the elevators in the building but there are two and it seems like one is always down. When I read reviews before moving in it seemed as if this is an ongoing issue. Not that it affects me but it might be nice to know for someone else. The building can get loud at night sometimes but I understand there are college students who live here. There is a laundry facility on site but it is very expensive! I find it wild that people pay this much in rent and laundry is that high in price. I've come to the decision that I could just fix minor things in my unit rather than deal with maintence because personally, I have felt like I have had issues and don't want to be a "bother" as sometimes they can make you feel that way. The office staff could be more apolagetic when things go wrong and it seem like there is a lack of communication between them. One great thing that I do love is that it is very dog friendly. They have a dog park and treats readily available in the lobby. I have seen that dogs urinate in the hallways sometimes and left that way for a bit. More people should be held accountable for not cleaning up after their pets as that's YOUR responsibilty as a pet owner. Overall, it's not bad. It's alright.
Dayton Towers
Great place to live. The staff us very helpful and tge tenants are very easy to get along with
They are trying
They are trying! The water is has to be cut off 2-3 times a month. They are almost done renovating both elevators. We have gone through almost a year with one elevator. If you come in during the evening good luck parking. The location is the best thing about living at the Towers.
Trying
The place has two major faults: 1) water is shut off at least 2 times a month. Old building so I get it. 2) one of the two elevators is always down. However, they are now restoring the elevators. On the good side the staff is awesome!
Nice place to stay
Staff here is wonderful they work hard to make our space home for us.
