I've noticed more trash and more unattended grounds maintenance than when I moved here 18 months ago. The office is closed more than open. The broken fence which divides Wingate from Willowood is trampled down which allows direct entry from the adjoining property to trespass and therefore presents unaccountable and unknown people to enter Willowood Apartment's grounds and access individual units for potential damages to anyone's apartment.
