Thin walls

The apartment is nice and the exposed brick and windows are a really nice feature but the thin walls and amenities are subpar. I can hear my neighbors making breakfast ant tell what they are eating. I can hear everything such as the click of their spoon on their cereal bowl. The internet access is not great speeds can be slow and you cannot have a wired connection. Parking is crowded at time especially when something is going on down town but that is to be expected.

Great Apartment Building

Awesome value, apartment is nice and parking/wifi/modt utilities are all included in the rent price. Never any noise and great location, plus your basement is the troll pub essentially which is very cool
