Nice place
The complex is old however it is charming lots of beautiful trees and yard space. The 3 br dlx has decent space and renovated recently. You can still tell the age but there not much you can do to mask an 80 year old building. Looking forward to exterior renovations. Several miles from nearest stores and about 20 min to downtown. Lots of airport and wharehouse traffic but after a few weeks we have tuned it out. Pool is nice and family and pet friendly neighborhood.

The fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. Exotic pet species are not permitted. $25 monthly pet rent/ per pet
