Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience and for the feedback regarding assigned parking. Unfortunately, with the layout of our community buildings, we have not been able to determine a fair way to assign parking. For instance, there are only a small number of spots directly in front of a building, if we assigned spots, some would be very close to a resident's home, while some would be much further away. Because of this, we feel as though leaving parking open is a more fair approach. However, we understand your frustration. If having a reserved spot is important to you, we would recommend renting a garage near your apartment. This would guarantee you a specific parking location each day.
