I had a wonderful experience living at Northpark Place . The community is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The leasing office team was always polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had any questions or needed assistance, they responded promptly and professionally. The maintenance team was equally impressive—they addressed service requests quickly and resolved issues efficiently. The location is another major advantage. It is conveniently located near Costco, Polaris Fashion Place, Burlington, ROSS ,restaurants, grocery stores (Indian), and many other daily essentials. For those working at Chase, there is also a shuttle service from the nearby Rock City Church, making the commute easy even without a car. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I truly appreciate the excellent service and support I received throughout my time there. I would happily recommend Northpark Place to anyone looking for a well-managed community in a great location. Thank you to the entire Northpark Place team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Unfortunately I do not know the maintenance guy’s name who helped me today but he was great!! (So is the entire team) I did not expect anyone to come today since I put the ticket in so close to 4pm I assumed someone would just come tomorrow but he came over so fast and fixed the problem with my dryer! Thank you so much!! :)

I can’t remember the two gentlemen that came out to assist me with my smoke alarm that was malfunctioning. They were amazing. They were quick and were not going to give up, it ended up being something that was my fault and they were so nice about it and I appreciate all of their help.
