Great location and people

Moved in 2 weeks already. Working with Patti was an pleasure while searching for apartments from out of town. Didn’t see the physical apartment till the day I moved in. She helped me throw out big boxes when she didn’t have to. Love the area, restaurants are walking distances, nice walk to park across the street.

Good Value

Ive lived here for the past 3 years and its been pretty smooth sailing. My only complaints are the constant change in management and washer/dryer in each complex. Apart from that when there is an issue it gets resolved fairly quick and the location is perfect as you find everything you need within a 10 minute drive.

i like living here but sometimes the noise is ridiculous kids banging and running! my dish washer and closet have been broke since i moved in and i want it fixed

Living experience

Can’t really say much about the new owners. I do like the fact that they are giving us the option to pay our rent online and it seems that care enough to start renovations which are really needed here.
