Disappointing

The layout and homes are really nice, but maintenance is a concern—snow removal is almost nonexistent. I also had a tough time during move-out and was charged around $300 for cleaning, even though only a single forgotten bag was left behind.

Avia Lofts on Maple

I have lived here for almost a year. The environment is nice, and the staff is friendly. These apartments work for college students or for people who do not have big families. My only complaint is that it is hard parking sometimes and the neighbors are too noisy and nosy since the apartments have thin walls.
