These apartments are stunning! The interior is newly redone and has all the features you could imagine. The island and open living space is great, and the in-unit washer and dryer are something every renter hopes for. The location is close to anything you could need, and there are many restaurants right across the street. It is close to walking trails in multiple parks that are all dog friendly. The staff is always helpful, and maintenance requests are completed within an extremely timely manner. Usually the same day! there is ample amounts of parking. The only negative is that it is close to a hospital, so you do occasionally hear sirens. The only time they're a nuisance is if you have windows open in the summer. With the windows closed, you can barely hear them. Otherwise, the complex is generally quiet and the tenants are friendly. Another positive is that it is dog friendly.
