The property is a perfect location - close to anything you could need - shopping, restaurants, grocery. The unit itself is spacious and modern. I have loved my time at the Exchange. There is a rooftop terrace for residents to use and garages available which is nice in the winter. The staff is very responsive whenever I have a question or maintenance issue.

These apartments are so spacious and have beautiful finishes. Ample space to park and have never had issues. Washer and dryer in unit is super convenient and the maintenance and management staff are super nice and very responsive.

Ive enjoyed living in the spacious aparment. Bathroom/kitched are very nice. Layout seems sorta weird at times and people are crazy backing out in parking lot

I am on my second year and I like almost everything about living here. The best maintenance staff ever. My only negative is the furniture on the roof top.
