I enjoy living at Deer Lakes. I am astounded whenever I enter a request online for maintenance: it is addressed within 24 hours, and usually resolved in 1-2 days. I reported a slow leak under the kitchen sink and mentioned the dishwasher wasn’t working efficiently. Maintenance stopped the same morning and said both the garbage disposal and dishwasher would be replaced and apologized that it wouldn’t happen that day. Both appliances were installed the following morning. The grounds are carefully groomed, in winter carefully plowed, shoveled and salted. My apartment faces landscaped lawn and the lake; it is scenic, peaceful and private. Ashley and all the staff are always helpful.

We had a wonderful experience living at Deer Lakes. The community felt very safe, and the management services were truly awesome, always responsive and helpful. The transition in and out was seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and secure environment

This is an update to my previous five-star review. Our apartment manager, Ashley, hosted a fabulous summer cookout last weekend in the club house and the outdoor patio. The food was great and the club house and patio were very comfortable, inviting and spotless. New, comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio overlooks the lake. There are fire pits as well. A lovely fountain was recently installed in the lake which lends to a peaceful, relaxing setting. As I stated in my prior review, I would highly recommend Deer Lakes Apartments.

The food was great, the club house and patio were comfortable, spotless and inviting. The furniture on the patio is very nice, comfortable and clean. There are fire pits as well.. A fountain in the lake adds to the ambience and lends itself to a very peaceful, inviting environment. As I stated in my previous review, I would highly recommend Deef Lakes Apartments.
