Best place to live in Williamsville

Dannybrook Apartments has a very good community. There are several reasons it makes the best residence. To name a few. 1 - Peaceful community 2 - Top School District in City - Transit Middle School 3 - Proximity to all shopping needs (BJ's, Walmart, Target, Lewis, Kohls, JC Penny's etc.) 4 - Affordable 5 - Best Staff

Amazing place to live

Hi, This marks my 5th year at DannyBrook and it's a very nice place to live with family. Amazing school district, convenience of all grocery stores, all amenities and top it all very friendly and helpful staff. Especially NancyT is very kind and helpful at all times 5 stars to her patronage to the community. I have had very very difficult times in my professional career and personal life and everytime Nancy had helpful hand to offer, kudos to her customer service. It's basically her support and passion towards servicing the DannyBrook community which has held us for so long being residents here. I can always offer any feedback needed. Regards, Javeed Ahmed

Rents are going higher but there are no amenties at all. No clubhouse, no area for childrens to play for, maintenance takes lot of time.
