Most everything about this place is nice. My qualms would be that people speed through the area and also park and rev their engines in the adjacent parking garages at night.

We've lived at the Cue for almost a year now. It's quiet and well-maintained. We never hear our neighbors and the common areas are always clean. The only noise comes from loud cars in the nearby parking garage. The building is well insulated, meaning our apartment stays relatively warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I enjoy the amenities, especially the gym. The only downside is that utilities are not included in the rent. Between paying all the utilities and pet rent, there are extra charges we had not encountered at other places we've lived. I would recommend this property.
