Cozy in the heart of Aksarben!
I've only lived here a few weeks, but so far so good! The property managers are responsive and friendly, there are no major noise issues (which surprised me, being in the middle of Omaha), no unpleasant neighbors, etc. I love the garage parking, I'm sure I'm going to love it even more once it starts snowing.
Great place to stay in a great part of town.
I have lived at Pinhook for over a year and a half now. I have had a great experience thus far. They have many amenities that are great throughout the year including heated garages, community events, workout facility and more. The parking is also a plus. For as busy of a place Askarben can be, especially on Sunday's during the summer when the farmer's market is down the street, parking is never an issue. There are always plenty of spots. Pinkhook is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Pinhook flats
It is in a great area and love it. Only disclaimer is for the price the small details are over looked by property management. When we moved in scratches on the hardwood floor, cabinets had sticky residue several things broken(they fixed) cabinets and countertops, scratched alot.
