Noise
I have enjoyed living here. However, the noise from the train tracks is a problem for me. I understand that this may be a problem out of the control of management.

Upscale downtown living
The units/community/building are fantastic. The staff is always friendly and quick to reply/assist with any needs. Other residents are also friendly. Parking is secure and enclosed. The only downside is noise from the train nearby
