Ammenaty fees and fees for pets are rediculous!!!!!! What's the point of adding ammentaties if they are going to up the charge for stuff not asked for.

Love it despite some neighbors throwing old stuff in vestibule, nit cleaning after their dogs, rigging the security doors so they are never secure, and making a ton of noise all night.
