501 estates is a great place great up to date amenities in a central location. Parking could be better if you hwve more then one vehicle. Staff and maintenance are wonderful and help any way they can.

A very nice place to live

I moved here in March, and I made a very good choice. The 501 Estates is a very convenient location with all of the stores, etc. close by. As to the noise factor, some days it is a bit of a contrast to leave the peace and quiet of this complex and within a couple of blocks be back in the bustle of the local area. Everyone here is quite friendly, both the residents and the staff. Some residents that I know have been here 9+ years and are still quite happy. The maintenance staff is excellent, and the few very minor issues that I have had have been taken care of promptly. Overall, one of the best decisions that I have made in moving here,

Nice place to live

Love living here but don't know for how long because I have to come out of retirement to be able to pay the rent. Really sad about that because it is a very nice place to live. For someone like me who does not have help and have to do everything by myself it's hard. But besides that it is a good place to live.
