Great Property and People

I have lived here for nearly three years and would stay for much longer if I was staying in the area. My neighbors were welcoming from the start and I have always felt like people were watching out for me (in a good way). The apartments are beautiful and the perfect size. My favorite part is my balcony which looks out to just trees and lots of birds. In the summer, I have hummingbirds and can watch the fireflies. As a slightly older student returning to school, I was looking for a place that was close to campus, but that provided a bit of an escape from the college scene. Woodstone was perfect for that. And I can't forget the trails! There are several wonderful trails in the neighborhood that make getting out for a walk easy, and the scenery is beautiful. A few other notes. I haven't used the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to them other than to say other people seem to enjoy them. The people in the leasing office and the maintenance team have always been great, too. I have only had a few issues here and there, but they are very attentive, helpful, and friendly when I bring something to their attention. All that said, I highly recommend Woodstone and truly hope I can find another community like it where I'm moving.

Hidden Gem!

Beautiful apartment with nice amenities and nature trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Staff is good overall, though I did feel a bit rushed by some of the maintenance and office staff. It would also be nice for there to be more organized events for those living in Woodstone Apartments.
