I've been here 8 years and the property has changed negatively and positively. Negatives: Rate increase yearly for past 3 years without offering ANY amenities NO clubhouse, play area, pool, or 24 hr maintenance NO longer a diverse neighborhood/property Positives: Quiet most of the time Friendly staff Good size for price

Okay

This property has NO amenities AND have NOT offered tenants any upgrades, but has increased rent 3 years in a row.?? Will not do basic repairs upfront, they rather band -aid repair UNTIL it becomes a HUGE issue.
