Pets allowed. Pets are welcome at all of the Ticon Properties locations.  There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet.  We accept up to 2 pets per 1 bedroom.  A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit are required.  The pet deposit is refundable 30 days after move out if Pet Agreement terms are satisfied.  The pet deposit will be applied towards any remaining balance on the account after move-out.      A picture of the pet and documentation from a veterinarian stating the pet’s breed, weight at full maturity, and vaccinations are up-to-date are required before move-in.   Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Chow, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, and Pit Bull.   Non-refundable Pet Fee:  $200                  Refundable Pet Deposit: 1 Bedroom - $200.

Great customer service at reception office.

I have seen maintenance out here a few times and they wasn't here to fix what I emailed the office about stove drawer still broken stove eyes needs to be replaced kitchen cabinets brackets still broken kitchen light bulbs was never in still missing kitchen drawers are missing handles ice machine dont work shower head dont work never had refrigerator not working and I am still having to throw food away ice maker don't work i have been emailing you for months weather strip at front door has big gap and you can see the sunlight outside the alarm system is not set and know the laundry room has a bad smell in it so i will request that office staff to come out feel free and see for yourself if this was your own apartment you would be complaining to this doesn't make no sense at all i have never seen anything like this but i would be wrong for going over your head because people don't want to do their job
