Pet Screening: All pets must complete and pass a pet screening process prior to approval. This ensures that all pets are healthy and suitable for our community. Fees and Rent Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent. Breed and Weight Restrictions No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community. Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets. Additional Requirements Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. All pets must be properly vaccinated and documentation must be provided during the screening process. Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property may result in additional fees or removal of the pet from the premises. We are excited to welcome you and your pets to our community! It would be nice if the parking lot would be striped as some people have no idea how they are to park. Maintenance can me slow at times. Overall, the property is nice. Although more attention to common areas would be nice.
