One-time pet fees $200

Max weight 50 lb each. Pets are welcome at all of the Ticon Properties locations.  There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet.  We accept up to 2 pets per 1 bedroom and 3 pets per two or three bedroom; however, the total weight of all pets should not exceed 100 pounds.  A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit are required.  The pet deposit is refundable 30 days after move out if Pet Agreement terms are satisfied.  The pet deposit will be applied towards any remaining balance on the account after move-out.      A picture of the pet and documentation from a veterinarian stating the pet’s breed, weight at full maturity, and vaccinations are up-to-date are required before move-in.   Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Chow, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, and Pit Bull.   Non-refundable Pet Fee:  $200                  Refundable Pet Deposit:  1 Bedroom - $200 2 Bedroom - $300 3 Bedroom - $400

I love the location, we are walking distance to everything. The office staff is amazing. The only complaint I have is these units are not properly insulated. It is painfully freezing on the 1st floor, they really need to pump in some insulation. Also, the windows have been painted shut and we are unable to open them. Besids needing insulation pumped in, the sliding door, windows and front door should be replaced with functioning ones. The other issue is the pool needs repairing. There are a lot of chipped concrete issues and the lining looks like it should be replaced, but it's not a deal breaker. If I ever move from here it'll be because of the lack of insulation.

I really do love living here. As a gym rat though, the gym is lacking but othwerwise I can't complain with the price and location.

I have lived here for 2 and a half months without a functioning dryer and i have notified maintenance so many times and they have just tried appeasing me over the phone but done nothing to actually take care of me. They told me there is only one maintenance man on the property, but I see their trucks every day. Is there that many higher-priority work orders that I shouldn't be taken care of for this long? I believe someone is to blame for this. On top of that, I called the emergency maintenance phone number for a different issue and I never got a call back or a visit. I was able to resolve the problem myself, but it seems that is just another dysfunctional thing here.
