I been live for 5 years and old past other landlord was left not good staff & maintenance was lacking wont fix all that what I needed since last 5 years till now it new landlord new maintenance let see what next

Ever since we moved in 2 years ago to Emery Woods the experience has been great the staff has been wonderful maintenance has been effective and prompt it has truly been a wonderful experience and we hope to continue living here in the future!

I have been renting a 2 bedroom apartment since late in 2016. I work nights at a laboratory about a 10 minute drive away from Emory Woods. The complex is very quiet (neighbors have never been too loud at all when I am sleeping) and everyone seems to get along with each other. Emory Woods is also very conveniently located to a number of shopping centers and you can get to the downtown areas of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill with little difficulty.
