Lovely place to call home
So far it definitely a very nice place to call home, relax and enjoy a quality of life I expect and work hard for, the staff is very helpful and courteous.

Average Apartment with Below Average Value
After living here for about 6 months the experience has been fine. The office staff initially were not very communicative and in one case outright lied to us and were rude on a few occasions. This is forgivable as you only need to deal with them a few times at the start of your lease. The apartment itself is fine and while they describe the units as "luxury" in various marketing materials they cheaped out on the dishwasher and stove/oven. While the community is understandably incomplete as construction is ongoing amenities have been unavailable and in the case of the dog park and car care center, construction hasn't even started. This is again understandable given construction of the community HOWEVER if this is the case the rent prices should reflect that or a credit applied to the account until said promised amenities are available. At least that is what you would think is the case. This is frustrating as a pet owner unable to use something promised to be completed and opened "within a few months" of our building being completed and moving in. Overall this is an average apartment without much value as of current.
