I wish I had realized how much of a delay in my morning commute to work it causes to get out of this complex onto University City Blvd. It is very dangerous!! Not only are there school kids sitting on the curb waiting on the bus, but the traffic going onto I'485 is a constant flow!! The road coming into the complex is also very dangerous. The complex management should invest in a conveyed mirror & place it in the same spot as the warning sign about the blind spot curve. As far as the swimming pool goes, I was told that it would be open this month,it is now the end of this month & no pool open yet! As far as the noise factor goes....its not too bad.

The complex is nice overall, and I enjoy most of my experience living here. However, parking is a major issue. The visitor spots are located mainly at the front and middle of the neighborhood, making it nearly impossible for residents who live in the back to find convenient parking for their guests. Additionally, the garbage dumpster is also located at the front of the complex. This creates an inconvenience for residents in the back, who are paying a trash fee but still have to walk nearly a mile to take out their trash—especially frustrating when the compactor is frequently broken.

Honestly, I’ve been loving my apartment here so far! For what I’m paying, I feel like I’m getting a really good deal. The rent is super fair compared to other spots I looked at, and the place itself is cozy, clean, and feels way bigger than I expected. The open layout and natural light make it feel so bright and welcoming — it’s definitely my little happy space. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a pretty quiet community, which I appreciate. Parking is never a headache (huge win!), and I feel safe coming and going no matter the time of day. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance team has been quick and super nice about it. The extras here are a nice touch too — the gym, laundry room, and outdoor areas are super convenient and make it feel like I’m getting more than just four walls for my rent. If I had to nitpick, I’d say a little update to the common spaces would make it even better, but overall, I’m super happy here. If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable, comfy, and stress-free, I’d totally recommend checking it out!
