We have lived in the Ascent for three years since becoming empty nesters and moving to Charlotte. Our first time in an apartment in 30 years and the experience is overall pretty good. We like the management and concierge team. It's good to live with a mix of older and younger tenants. Building upkeep could be improved by keeping hallways and lobby spruced. I recommend more upgrades in service like package delivery at your door, valet parking and interior design coaching. Loud cars outside make living in uptown less than desireable.

From the moment I stepped into Ascent Uptown, I knew I found my new home. The leasing team, particularly Ashley, Kevin, Anna, and Marissa, went above and beyond to make the process seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine care truly set them apart. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations, with modern amenities and stunning views. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the community events foster a sense of belonging. Not bad. Location is good. Public space such as elevator can be cleaner. Balcony is a bit noisy due to the restaurant ventillation system nearby
