Great location

I have been here two years. Very convenient location to downtown restaurants and sporting events. Great parking garage and great location. Also very accessible to highways for leaving apartment to commute to work or other city locations.

Mansion House STL

Lived here since May 2020 (3 years). The low rent is the key benefit. The main issue is that the building is very old with visible and widespread concrete deterioration in the parking garage shared with the other adjacent buildings.

It’s okay but if you find a better one, maybe that is better

It’s kinda nice but dingy. There are probably better places but this isnt bad, honestly. My time living here I have only a few gripes. The wall, paint, and finishes are all very shoddy and it shows. More egregious problems is the lack if washers and dryers. The worst problem however is how weak the climate control is. Some days I’m freezing cold or way too hot with no way to change that as the AC hardly does anything. With all that said it sounds dramatically bad, but honestly it’s okay. The parking is good except it’s a surprise 100 extra dollars each month, the staff are all fantastic, the parcel locker system is super convenient (even though thats 7 more dollars hidden) and the internet here is super speedy.

Pet Policy

Limit of two (2) pets (cats and/or dogs) per apartment.   Total weight not to exceed a maximum of 50 pounds (weight at maturity).  An example would be an applicant with one cat and one dog.  The combined weight of both animals must not exceed 50 pounds. Automatic exclusion of certain breeds such as Akita, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Pit Bulls, and Pit Bull types, (A pit bull-type dog is a combination of dog breeds that includes the American pit bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, American bulldog and any other purebred or mixed-breed dog that is a combination of these dogs) and any mixed breeds that include the mentioned as well as wolf crossbreeds.  Management will retain the right to request a pre-approval interview with the pet owner and the pet prior to allowing the move-in.  Management also requires proof of proper vaccination of any canines moving onto property. Additional examples of animals prohibited in the apartments include those under the umbrella of exotics, such as wild species cat, primates such as chimps or monkeys, larger reptiles such as constrictor snakes, and other species that come into account as exotic. Management reserves the right to pre-approve any questionable animal. Management retains the right to photograph the pet for the resident file for any future need to identify the animal. Residents without a pet deposit are prohibited from keeping/watching an animal for someone else without prior approval from Management. Any animal falling into the prohibited category will be automatically prohibited from being allowed on the property. Pet deposits are $350.00 and partially non-refundable. Pet rent per pet is $20 a month in an unfurnished apartment and $35 in a furnished unit.
