Broke the lease

275 on the Park broke the lease contract that myself and 275 on the Park (Oro Management) had signed in a legally binding document. They provided no explanation. When I told management that the online tenant-portal was billing me for fees that I had already paid, 275 on the Park responding by delaying at first, and then simply requiring me to pay again, despite having already paid.
