Great Place to Live

I've lived at 275 on the Park for about a half a year. I've had a great experience with the staff, fellow residents, and community. The staff is attentive and friendly and my apartment is one of the older ones in the complex, but I find it very accommodating and well maintained. Parking and amenities are spot on. I love the pool and the parking is ample. It's a great area to live in, and as a single woman, I feel safe. I love where I live and don't have any complaints!

Charming historic building in great location

I've been very impressed with this apartment and the staff. The office crew and maintenance staff are great to work with and very helpful. My apartment itself has been totally remodeled with high end cabinets and appliances. It's really well done but retains the wood floors and trim that give it the historic look. Another bonus is that I hear no noise from neighbors here due to the way the building is constructed. My favorite part is the location - close to Forest Park but not right in the center of the CWE.
