Hibernia - Dogtown

I have lived here for about 2.5 years and was one of the first residents. The location is amazing (walking distance to bars, restaurants, and Forest Park), and the gym is nice. The parking garage is great and the units are super clean and nice. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Hibernia could use consistent management

Hibernia is a great location. They have had 3 management changes in the 2 years I have been there. The elevator has been broken at times for over a month and the maintenance after the long time maintenance man left has been spotty.

Hibernia Review

I have been living here for 17 months, and I really love the location and newness of the building and units. While I wish there was a pool and the grocery store has taken a very long time to complete, I really enjoy living here. There were some issues with the turnover of the new management where I was being charged for things not agreed upon in my lease, but we got the issues figured out. Overall, it's a great place to live.

My experience so far

The trash is always piled up by Friday and sits all weekend and makes my floor smell like actual garbage. Parking is tight and a mess. I get charged for pest control but there are bunch of spiders and fly eggs where I park and spider/cobwebbed in the stairs. Management has been nice but wished I saw them in the office more and they hosted small events for community. The ac unit is ether freezing or not on and get hot.
