Has Potential if Actually Maintained Properly

This apartment was fine at first until we started having issues with the maintenance of the building. These buildings are in need of some serious TLC that the management company obviously is not willing to give. I'm not even asking for a whole lot, maybe just make sure you're fixing water damage and laundry facilities in a timely manner. The main office is also notoriously difficult to reach so good luck trying to get through.
