Overall great
The staff is responsive and helpful, the apartment is very nice, and the amenities are good. This place is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Lafayette Square is a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood, and you're close to other interesting parts of the city. I was worried about the wall soundproofing in a new building, but that has not been a concern so far. Garage parking is expensive ($125/mo), so lots of people hunt for street spots.
