Summary of experience so far
Overall the experience has been good at Grand Flats. If there are maintenance issues the staff is generally very prompt and the head maintenance follows up afterwars . I think that the location is good and it's fairly clean but there can never be too much tidiness. Overall this is one of the best values in the city.
Used to be Better
I have lived here for about 8 months. There has always been an issue with trash and recycling on the first floor getting piled up, but it was manageable until a few months ago when management changed. While the building is still nice and generally quiet, it's not as clean as it used to be, but it's getting better. It is still an excellent place to live in the city and a great location.
