Love it, very leadback, quick acces to the higway
Very caring staff
I moved in to a studio 5 yrs ago and I never thought I would leave. Last October I transferred to a 2 bd so that I could bring my soul mate from Nursing home and care for him. Staff is the best ever and I am sure no other staff could hold a candle to them. Ms. Michelle is loved by everyone and very protective of the complex and everyone that lives here. She goes above and beyond and often my go to for advice. Brad is the manager and very attentive to everyones needs. I left my phone in a transit van and couldn't chase van down. Brad and Michelle both worked on helping me for well over an hour. ( making phone calls and Brad actually sat on hold with company of transit van to try and reach the driver. When that wasn't successful, he called my phone and kept hitting redial in hopes that driver of van would hear it. When that didn't work ( and leasing office was at closing time, Ms. Michelle took my number ( she also resides onsite) and continued to call my phone through the night. Yesterday, I ran next door and asked Michelle if she could help towtruck driver find my place. He was lost. Ms. Michelle knows everybody by name and so bubbly and funny. Mr.O ( maintenance) is fairly new and he ROCKS! Very attentative to my needs and quick to respond. Complex is well lit with security with security cameras everywhere. St.Ann's finest are driving through on a dailey basis. Our lease is up at the end of August and I am sad to say that 2bd just doesn't fit our budget. I am sure I will be a bit tearful pulling out of the place I ever lived on Aug.25th Pear Tree Villiage apartments sit in the heart of everything. My studio was once my forever home and miss it. But family comes first and it's time for a new chapter in an apartment better suited for our budget.
