Parking lot has holes, code for doors do not work, water pressure in showers low, management does not respond to calls or text.

Apartments are nice. Parking lot has a hole in it. Apartment grounds are no longer maintained. Fence is broken, Tenants leave trash in the parking lot and grassy area. They don't put trash in the dumpsters. Elevator doesn't work. It breaks down often. There is an area where the grass doesn't get mowed and it's overgrown and critters feed in that area.

The dog above me is too big for an apartment and makes too much noise!
