Its been great!
It's been great and very happy living at cedar trace apartments. Everything is near by and elementary schoolI is blue ribbon school. Stayed for almost 6 years in the same apartment/building. Thank you for being so nice for these many years.

This used to be a very nice place to live - not as much now
This property used to be a nice place to live, but consistency w/services, maintenance & respect/up-keep for common areas has diminished considerably. That there are a lot of families living here, especially migrant families w/kids, is a good thing. However, w/that comes shoes, strollers and bicycles kept in the hallways, trash not placed in the dumpsters, & everyone walking and playing in the parking lots where cars are trying to park. When trash does make it outside, if the bag breaks, then the residents leave it laying where it fell. Hallways haven't been cleaned for over a month leading to rodent problems. Lighting is a struggle to maintain in the storage locker areas, the hallways & the outside security lighting. The parking lot surfaces are falling apart, w/ huge chunks of asphalt laying in the grass. Painting the exterior was last done 10+ years ago. Tread strips put on the edge of steps in the hallways have become an extreme safety hazard as they were never properly secured and tend to come off of the steps when least expected. Maintenance requests can go months to years to get completed. I'm trying to give the new property manager the benefit of doubt considering that she's short staffing, the previous property manager allowed things to fall apart, and the pandemic is still raging on. More often than not I'm hesitant to report/request the simplest Maintenance issues because it has now become easier for me to just complete those things myself than to hope that anything will be done in a timely fashion. It used to be that a Maintenance request was completed in 24 hours (or less), and most times in the same day. I've also noticed more that dog owners are not always cleaning up after their pets, let alone some pets are here despite being on the restricted breed list. If this is no longer enforced, then can I get a German Shepherd? Every month I'm continuously requested for a review when I pay my rent. Well here it is.

They are okay.
The pool that was nicer got ripped out and replaced by a screaming child drawing playground - so that is a down side. Staff is okay never really had a problem with them. Maintenance guys are always friendly, though sometimes it takes them a couple tries to fix the issue. Cedar trace is close to lots of stuff to do, and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Rent is a bit expensive all considering IMO.
