Its a really nice area so far, walking distance from a lot of places, but the maintenance is horrible. I put in a request to fix my leaky tub and outlet in the kitchen a month ago just to find they closed the work order without ever even coming in to fix anything or even entering the apartment at all! Other than that office staff is pretty cool but maintenance really needs some work.
