This complex was better run when I moved in. It's no longer clean and no one sends to care. Phone calls are not returned and requests take many calls to get anything done.

This is an affordable complex to live in. They resolve maintenance issues within a reasonable time frame, but never return phone calls(even though they claim they do).

I've lived here for several years and the Orchard Park apartments is a quiet place to live and the rent is reasonable. The maintenance staff is quick with repairs and they keep the grounds clean. The only true nightmare here is the parking, some of the residents have 3 to 5 cars and the parking is already limited, in addition to visitors you may not be able to park on the lot where you pay rent if you come home late.

Orchard Park is ok fir someone just starting out on their own..The rent is readonable compared to most other apartment complexes..The kitchen and bathroom is small and needs more storage space..Not a bad place for first time renters..

I have lived here for 4 years and now on my 5th. I especially enjoy the location as well as competitive rent cost. Any maintenance needs I have requested have always been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Leasing office staff always a pleasure to speak with.
