The location is not very good, and it is not convenient for daily needs. Security does not feel safe, and there is always some worry about safety. Maintenance service is very bad. Problems are not fixed on time, and management does not respond properly. Overall, living here has not been a good experience.

I was having some issues with logging in and questions about renewing. Faye set up an appointment and took the time to get everything finalized. I highly recommend setting appointments first as the community has been busy renovating. Everything looks great!
