I love the location. Since I have moved it zero upgrades have been done, but my rent sure went up. The most since your company took over.

I've lived here for about 9 years. And since I have been here we have had 4 Management companies but Emerald Crossing has really taken care of this place. Whenever I have an issue it's also taken care of. My apartment hasn't been one of the ones that they made updates to. I don't think it's fair that my rent keeps going up. I do like living here. I have no stairs and I like that since my knees are bone on bone. I wish I didn't have the tub and just have a flat shower. I am handicapped and that would be very helpful. Thank you for all that you do!!!!!
