Saftey Concerns/Package Delivery system

The safety is a concern of mine living here. Things have been stolen; carts, mail, packages, break ins to cars and storages. The guests of residents entering the building is a concern. There should be on site security person at each door after daytime office hours and weekends. The delivery system for packages has been delayed for over 6 months and no system in site in the near future. I love my brand-new apt and the amenities. It is quiet here and clean. The residents are friendly and community based. Having the salon space here is a waste of good space even though COVID restrictions have been lifted for salons; this space has never been open. This was poorly planned and hope that the space will be turned into something else.
