I finally found home. I moved so much in my life. Everything here at Legacy is great. The maintenance is on top of everything. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is more than i ever expected. From the appliances to the flooring all the amenities are top grade. I feel so safe and at home here. I love it so much i have recommended Legacy to several friends who now live here as well.

This is a great place to live! My only problems have been some issues with appliances. I have lived here since April 20th. I love my apartment and the huge storage space, but mostly the friendly neighbors. I recommend Legacy if you want a home, with your own washer and drier, friendly neighbors, and helpful staff, plus nearby great shopping then this is for you!

Renting a 3 bedroom apartment in West St. Paul, MN

With 43 apartments in West St. Paul, MN, it can be hard finding just the right 3 bedroom apartment. Before you even start thinking about size, price and features, you have to choose a neighborhood. And that’s no easy task, considering that, depending on the area, you get a wide range of rentals in West St. Paul, MN, from very cheap to very expensive. Lakeville is the most expensive neighborhood of West St. Paul, MN with rents as high as $2,711, while in more affordable areas like West St. Paul the monthly rent can be as low as $1,122. Then you also have to factor in the distance to work, kindergarten and/or school. It’s an important decision, as most likely you’re going to spend the next couple of years in this apartment with your family. You are not just searching for an apartment to live in, you’re searching for a home. The internet is supposed to help, but it only confuses you further with redundant lists of things you should pay attention to. We know the feeling very well. Let us give you just one piece of advice: take the rational path and get your priorities right. The only person who knows what type of apartment you need is you. Create a mental or written list of things you absolutely cannot live without, filter accordingly. If a balcony or a garage is absolutely crucial, then head on to the filters section and check the ones you want. This way you will save time by skipping the apartments that don’t meet your criteria.
