Bring back checks and money orders.

It should be optional that residents should use any valid form of payment. Besides removal of checks and money orders is against the law it is a valid form of currency. Also it is not convenient for people who don't have the internet or have time to waste an entire afternoon waiting in line at Wal-Mart.

Prefer to pay by check

Sucked ever since Minnesota Vistas refused to accept checks and money orders. It just make it easier for hackers to steal tenets hard earned cash.
