Cedrics Landing is conveniently located just minutes from downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis and is surrounded by natural wetlands. Cedrics Landing is an idyllic sanctuary in the heart of Oakdale.
Utilities are not included in the rent. Internet Access is a mandatory monthly fee of $40. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including electricity, water, gas, and optional internet and cable tv. This property charges utilities through a RUBS (Resident Utility Billing Service) program and will vary based on usage. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.

Its a nice enough place to live. I don't especially like the climate controls or some of the amenities but the maintenance staff is excellent as well as the office personnel.

This used to be a genuine, caring and fair community. There has been a noticeable change over the last few years with a distinct change the last 6 months. Take any perceived expectations and lower them considerably.
