Utilities are not included in the rent. Internet Access is a mandatory monthly fee of $40. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including electricity, water, gas, and optional internet and cable tv. This property charges utilities through a RUBS (Resident Utility Billing Service) program and will vary based on usage. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.

Great place to live with a few issues, but no place is 100%.

My husband and I have lived here for a year now. We love it. I have been waiting for several months now to have the master suites bathroom ceiling fixed from a leak in the floor above me, but it hasn't been fulfilled yet. All other repairs have been done quickly. Enforcement of garage rules are not being done. A lot of people have items stored behind their vehicles including batteries and other dangerous fluids, etc. Each year the fire marshal comes and says it must be cleaned up, but it never is by certain people. Other than these few things, it's a great place to live! We love it here!

Nice Quiet Community

A nice quiet community in a convenient location. Everyone minds to themselves. What it lacks in amenities, is made up for with cheaper rent prices. Pool and Hot tub are decent.
