Not a comparable experience to previous Bigos property

My roommate and I moved to this Bigos property from a previous one at the same rental rate as our previous unit. This place is minus the amenity of a clubhouse despite the price being close to what we paid at a property that previously had a clubhouse. The way this residence is maintained pales in comparison to our previous Bigos property. We had a medley of issues with our unit from the moment we moved in (which our move-in time was delayed for the day of the move). Our building has had numerous issues with water - to the point where there are holes in the wall that have been cut out to access the water lines inside the building and have not been re-patched to complete the wall at any point. Several interior and exterior lights in our building are currently out. There have been numerous issues with the washers in our building and putting in a maintenance request for them has seen no response. Our unit experienced leaking in two rooms following a storm. Even our most recent maintenance request via email for a simple fix in our bathroom has not been responded to. Whatever my roommate and I were previously displeased with in our last property pales in comparison to what is ailing us about where we have fallen into living now at Minnehaha Manor.

Good property to live at and a very convenient location.

I have always been happy renting from Bigos property Management. The managers have always been very friendly and informative and patient with answering all my questions. I like the apartment and the layout and it's in a really ideal location. It's right off of 694 and there is a lot of restaurants and stores nearby that are walking distance. Also they are a pet friendly apartment place.

Living here has been great for me, management and staff are pretty easy to work with and I have had minimal issues with any of my neighbors if any. Overall it has been a good place for me.
