I've been staying at Metro apartments for more than 7 months. You have no disturbances from neighbours. That means neighbours don't play loud music. Delivery packages aren't stolen and delivered to your door step. Timely maintenance takes place. Property staff and Property Managers (Garrett) are ready to assist at any point. Great view of the city scape. Walkable distance to the Target mall using the Skywalk. Restaurants (Jimmy John's, Hibachi Daruma) are available on the ground floor of the building. My experience with Metro Apartments has been fantastic!
