Big rent increase and no centrl a/c
The new owners in 2023 have raised the rent about $250! As a resident here for over 10 years, they gave no care to the hardship a huge rent increase would be, nor much time to find new affordable housing. They don't show much care for current residents, but they are very willing to give big incentives to new residents to fill their vacant apartments. For the same rent or less, you can find senior housing in this city that at least has central a/c and similar features. I would recommend looking for that over this place with little wall a/c units (only 1! no matter what size apt. you have).
