just worried about security because i constantly find the back door is being propped open . also sometime people dumping garbage bag in the parking lot

We have lived here for a few years now and it's ok. I think it would be beneficial to have an additional recycling bin as there is only one and it gets full very fast. The parking lot needs maintenance as we can barely see the parking lines when there is no snow and there are some holes developing as well.

We have been here almost 2 years. For the most part it is OK. It would be nice to have the parking lot extended/ resurfaced and have the lines repainted for spots. It would also be great to have a picnic spot by where we are allowed to have grills. Especially since we do not have other amenities.

Originally a fairly nice place, but now days has gone downhill at an impressive rate, no on site property manager, poor communication, over prices rent for the quality of upkeep.
