I have been living here for almost three years now and they haven't made a single improvement to my unit, building, or the singular amenity (the pool that is so jam packed with kids it is pointless to even have). The "party room" they claim doesn't exist as a current resident. The parking lots are FULL of potholes and finding parking is a chore. It is clean and that is about it. WAYYYYYYYY overpriced for what you get (I don't even have a double sink in my kitchen let alone a dishwasher) and the utility policy is ridiculous. You find out maybe a week before rent is due how much you'll have to pay (it has been over 100 dollars for my unit ((I am one singular person in a small 1br)) every month so far...)

I really wish the parking lot would get fixed. The entire parking lot is filled with giant pot holes which is really hard on residents vehicles. It has been this way since I moved in.

I lived here nearly 3 years and only thing i hate, they are not good at calling people before entering building. everything is emergency for them.If you call plumber to fix something , email all residents when you call the plumber.They called you plumber is about to door.
