The laundry machine are horriable,, does not dry well, the washing machine does not rinse well.. you ended up spending as much washing and drying as you do at the laundramate.. The cabinets and bathroom sinks are old.. it was put on when the building was built and never got replace since. All the money spent on moving the lawn 3x week should be use to install new cabinets and sinks. Rents continue to sky rocketing without any improvements

Quiet area, but management has not been kind to us but I see new management has came in so I have hopes things will get better.
