It's okay.

Walls are thin noise bleeds through a lot. Drafts in winter and hot in summer. Old outdated plumbing constantly has issues. Minor house centipede "problem" laundry costs are way too high. Rent cost increases each year but no new amenities or changes to the building/living situation occur. Outdated appliances. (If you want I work for a company that sells those.) Location wise it's in a really good spot. Central to a lot of areas. For all my complaints rent is still very affordable compared to other options.
